EarthNodes already exist as NFTs - will Spark and other AirNodes eventually be the same? Would be great to know if we’ll be able to sell, or trade them in the future.

Yes, AirNodes will eventually be tradable.
While EarthNodes were launched as NFTs from the start, AirNodes are currently not tradable yet, but they will be tokenized in the future. This has been mentioned in community updates and spaces. The plan is to make AirNodes token-bound to reflect ownership and allow for secondary market trading.
