Curious to hear your thoughts—how much do you think the average Hex (excluding the big ones like LA, NY etc) will actually sell for? Are we looking at prices in the thousands, tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands? Trying to get a sense of what the auction might settle at. What’s your prediction?
Hi @GingerAle,
It’s hard to predict since pricing will depend on many factors—demand, population density, location, competition, and potential earnings in each Hex.
For smaller or mid-sized cities, I’d guess anywhere from $1K to $50K, while more rural Hexes could go for less. On the other hand, high-demand urban Hexes, especially in densely populated areas, could push closer to six figures if the revenue potential is strong enough.
Ultimately, the real question is ROI—what’s the earning potential versus the buy-in cost? That will be the biggest factor driving bids. Curious to hear what others think—any predictions?

So Hexes will have the same mechanics as ENNFTs? In terms of auction?
