It seems WM could work and be profitable with just a fraction of the market but I don’t understand how that would be possible?

The U.S. has about 353 million wireless subscribers (paying customers). Capturing 0.13% of that translates to roughly 459,000 subscribers. At $59/month (base plan), that’s ~$27M/year in recurring revenue. It’s a very tiny market share percentage-wise, but that would be a massive step in validating the model, and it would be significant for a Web3 telecom project still in rollout mode. Once WM overheads are covered, “profitability” could be reached pretty quickly although true success for WM is if everyone participating is receiving a fair reward that they are happy with!
