How are AirNode rewards actually calculated?

What actually determines how much you earn from running an AirNode?

Rewards mainly depend on uptime and network usage, the more your AirNode is online and actively serving users (data, calls, etc.), the more you earn. But it also depends on what type of AirNode you’re running.

For example, Spark nodes share revenue, so your earnings are tied to the collective performance of all the Sparks in the zone. For other types, like individual AirNodes, your rewards are more directly linked to how well your specific node performs.

It also varies depending on the customer’s plan. If it’s a Link AirNode, you only have one customer, but whether they’re on a basic home plan or a top-tier business plan makes a big difference in revenue.

Lastly, local structure matters. A deployment run by WorldCall in Pakistan will have different revenue-sharing arrangements than one run under a different model in, say, the US or Africa.
