How do I know if one of my AirNodes is down?
You should see the up/down status in your dashboard. If it’s not obvious or something looks off, ask World Mobile Support or flag it here.
If one goes down, what’s my next move?
Contact World Mobile Support. For ANOs in general, the platform will notify the host or host agent directly. The issue then needs to be diagnosed, and either the host-agent, World Mobile, or a third party will need to step in with a solution.
Right now, this is handled by World Mobile or the Host agent. But over time, the goal is for ANOs, Hex Guardians, and Partners to maintain the network they’re responsible for.
