New Vault asking me to confirm my email - but I never received one?

Hey everyone,

I created a new Vault using the same email I used before, completed wallet verification, and everything looks good so far.

But now I’m getting a message asking me to confirm my email and I haven’t received anything. Not in inbox, not in spam.

Anyone else run into this? Do I just wait, or should I try using a different email?

If you’ve already created the Vault and completed wallet verification, the confirmation email should normally arrive pretty quickly, but sometimes it can get delayed or blocked by spam filters.

Here’s a few things you can try:

  • Double-check the email for typos (even a small one will block the message)
  • Clear your browser cache and try again on the same device
  • If nothing shows up after a little while, you can try using a different email - some people had success that way

If you’re sure the email is correct and still nothing comes through, it’s probably worth reaching out to [email protected] to see if they can manually trigger it for you.
