Hey guys, need some help here. I’m trying to log into my dashboard using the magic link sent to my email. But when I click it, it takes me to a form asking for name, email, and username, like I’m creating a new account.
After that, I get into a dashboard, but it’s completely empty: none of my nodes are there.
Pretty sure I’m using the right email. Any idea what I’m doing wrong or how to get into the correct account?

That definitely sounds like the magic link is logging you into a fresh account, which usually happens when the email you’re using isn’t the one linked to your original dashboard.
Even if it’s super close (like using a personal vs work version of the same address), it’ll create a new profile if it doesn’t match exactly.
Double-check that you’re using the exact same email you originally used when signing up or buying your nodes. If you’re sure it’s correct and still not working, best move is to reach out to support at [email protected], they can help link things back up.
Ah yes, you were right. I double-checked and turns out I was using the wrong email. Not sure how I messed that up, but using the correct one took me straight into my proper dashboard with all my nodes showing.
