I’ve got WMTx in my personal wallet and I’m also helping a family friend with theirs. We both need separate Vaults, is it safe to set them up on the same computer?
Can I just use different emails or a different browser profile to keep things separate, or is there a risk of one overwriting the other?
Would love to know what others are doing if you’re managing more than one.

Yes, you can manage more than one Vault on the same machine, but you’ll need to keep them isolated, because each Vault lives in your browser’s cookies/localStorage and will overwrite any existing state/vault if you import it into the same profile.
Here’s what we would recommend:
• Use Separate Profiles or Browsers
– In Chrome, set up 2+ Profiles (one for you, one for your friend).
– In Firefox, try Multi-Account Containers or simply run one Vault in Firefox and the other in Chrome.
• Backup & Import via JSON
– After you set up each Vault, download the encrypted JSON backup.
– If you ever need to switch, clear that profile’s cookies and “Import Vault” from the correct JSON file.
As long as you never import both seed phrases into the same profile without clearing, you won’t risk one overwriting the other. Let me know if you hit any issue!
