Are Air Nodes transferable? Suppose I buy a few and sometime down the line I wish to gift them to my kids, that is the reason I am asking

Right now, AirNodes are tied to your account and aren’t sellable or transferable.

Down the line, though, things will change. Similar to the EarthNodes NFT, ownership will eventually be represented as an NFT. That means you could sell or give your AirNode by transferring the NFT to a different wallet.

I have a couple of follow-up questions:

  • When AirNodes transition to an NFT-based model, will they be tradable on NFT marketplaces?
  • Also, will there be performance metrics available—like ROI, data consumption, and the number of connected users—so we can identify which AirNodes are more valuable than others?
